The first time I got this book, I was a little confused because I do not believe that Moses was a lot of space in U.S. history. my favorite part of the American Prophet, when Feiler found part of the Underground. She went out in the middle of the night and literally darted between the runways and buildings, trying to get a feel of what it was. Of course, followed only a very small section of rail, but I was impressed both by the need to be part of history. I admire and become a fan of Bruce Feiler has a very long time, but this really showed me how to integrate himself in writing his stories.

If you are interested in the Bible, even in a secular sense, as I do, you should get the books by Bruce Feiler. Although he is Jewish, his words about faith and spirituality crossing all religious boundaries. He travels to find and connect with real locations in the Bible is a great read, and the chat history is just fascinating. Even if you do not like regular non-fiction, try the books by Bruce Feiler. It is truly outstanding-I am not a writer, and the American Prophet, is no exception. I liked very much, and now can not wait for the next book is released!
