Phil Town has done it again. Loved the first book, Rule # 1, which helped me so much to return to portfolio management.
Phil right when he predicted the market collapse in 2007. He took her right again in his last years depreciation book. Teaching is a “store” is a very useful practical information and grizzled veteran or a beginner investor.

Phil Town Paper repayment period could not come at a better time for me. I am disappointed with the performance of my IRA. Knowledge and negotiating skills I never was concentrated largely long-term buy and hold style, over stocks, this thing, but Phil knowledge this book has helped give me the information and instructions that are alternatives The lover can understand! Rule of Phil # 1 book does also pick up and read the repayment period, and I will not regret it. His style is easy and fun, but there is still informative, and I regret to say, education?
Coding recommended if trying to gain new knowledge about the market and help you keep in mind going in the right direction again.

Wow, what a good read. The payback period is just awesome. Phil explains things in a way that everyone can understand strategies. This book should be read if you want to manage the investments on their own behalf, and hold the agent responsible for most of the recommendations.
