If this is not a requirement of business, should not buy. The book is only valuable to obtain the code to do the questionnaire online. On-line information is far more comprehensive than any book. A better solution would be for registration online offer Gallup (which may already, but does not appear on site)

I bought this book used, and this is a waste of money. Depends on the book by using an online assessment test and then read the book to analyze the results. Buying the book in one hand means that they have access to online accounts. In fact, within the book is just to say that buy used books.
The descriptions of the book is not clear. The seller posted Anote saying the password to be used, but it is clear that the book is useless. I came into contact with the logo of the issuer to buy online separately, the answer was “buy a new book.” What a shame!

. . . would be a way to gain more online assessments do not buy another copy of the book. My wife and I do not need two copies. Even better. . . all the information book would be better to arrange an online payment. At a time when most people are trying to be green, I am surprised that the exclusive on-line form does not get more consideration Gallup or author. . .

also worth noting that the book is worthless on the secondary market, and there is no benefit to see this book from the library.

The book is a quick read and very useful to have a think about its own advantages and a potential complementary strengths of others must be sought to compensate for weaker areas, where the work of a team environment. However, when I run the online test and receive the reports, I was shocked to hear that I just want to get Top 5 issues and the other 29 remain a mystery. When you contact the company, I learned that in addition to $ 550. 00 I could not get the other 29 subjects, and sorting. It is clear to me that this book has sold “hook” to try to get you to spend more money on the company and may also be used as a “bridgehead” sales opportunities for the device to penetrate corporate accounts. I was not surprised by the enlightened, or any results, because I have gone through a number of these types of characteristics and behavioral characteristics of the testing period. However, it was “somewhat” helpful to confirm some of my findings, even before today, as today. I recommend the book and online test, if you pass this. It is a quick and easy to use. Remember, the Top 5 are the issues, just a glimpse of your overall “for” and 29 other equally important information about yourself. However, if you’re willing to cough up another $ 550. 00, you may end up disappointed and even a little “in-the-dark” for all your forces. Good luck.

Strengths Finder 2 0 is the continuation of now, the benefits of Gallup Discover you. The book contains the revised version of the test StrengthsFinder, which seems only the top five are strong, but also how the rest of the benefits of investment, 34 Clifton model. The new book is a slight (very slight) but the test is a significant improvement.

StrengthsFinder: The Next Generation
(a brief introduction explaining the need to increase the adoption of testing the new thinking and research about the benefits of psychology)

I: Finding your strengths
(30-page overview of the benefits psychology and how they act Gallup)

II: Apply your strengths
(150 pages, including, for each 34 subjects, as the people, that power will show you how to manage, and ideas for action if you have the power).

StrengthsFinder (If you have not received previously, the code will do the test package in the book. you have to buy the book for the test)

Emotional Intelligence 2 0 is the second book I've really enjoyed the fact that the next SF 2 0 version. It is clear that the test measures emotional intelligence (EQ), but the Emotional Intelligence 2 0 is the only form in which a test will tell you what the book 66 strategies to increase the maximum earthquake.
